Sweet Chili Meatballs

1: Preheat oven to 400°F.

2: Combine meatball ingredients and roll into small balls.

3: Place meatballs on a rack on top of a lined baking sheet.

4: Spray with cooking oil.

5: Bake for 15 minutes.

6: Combine sweet chili sauce and soy sauce in a small saucepan until bubbling.

7: Pour sauce over meatballs and toss until each one is nice and saucy.

8: Garnish with green onion and serve with toothpicks.
