A classic hearty stovetop chili recipe packed with veggies, spices, and flavor. Simple to make in one pot, this chili includes ground beef, kidney beans, corn, and a mix of seasonings, topped with cheese and yogurt for serving.

What you need

onion

bell pepper

oz diced tomatoes with green chilies

cup tomato sauce
cup broth

can kidney beans

can corn

tbsp chili powder

tbsp cumin

tsp paprika

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp cayenne

tsp salt

tsp pepper

shredded cheese

greek yogurt

green onion
Instructions
1: Dice onion & pepper. 2: Rinse & drain beans and corn. 3: Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. 4: Add onion & cook for 5 minutes until it’s translucent. 5: Add ground beef & cook crumbling until no longer pink (5 minutes). 6: Stir in peppers & all seasoning, cook another 2 minutes. 7: Add beans, corn, diced tomato, broth & passata or tomato sauce. 8: Bring to a boil & then lower heat, cover & simmer for 25 minutes. 9: Optional to blend a little using an Emerson blender (this makes it a little smoother/ less chunky). 10: Divide into bowl & top with your favorite toppings.View original recipe
