What you need

oz parmesan cheese

shrimp
tsp chili flakes

cup lemon juice

clove garlic clove

cup parsley

cup white wine
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Slice spaghetti squash in half & remove seeds. 3: Rub with olive oil, salt & pepper. 4: Poke holes, flip cut side down & bake for 40 mins. 5: Pat dry shrimp. 6: Add avocado oil to a hot skillet & cook shrimp for 2 mins per side. 7: Remove shrimp, add olive oil. 8: Add garlic & chili flakes, stir cooking for 1 min. 9: Add white wine & lemon juice, simmer for 5 mins. 10: Return shrimp & top with parsley. 11: Using a fork, shred the squash. 12: Top with shrimp mixture and Parmesan.View original recipe
