What you need

onion

garlic clove

cup frozen corn
cup broth

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tsp garlic salt

tsp pepper

tsp thyme

tsp mustard powder
tsp chili flakes
purple potatoes

tbsp butter

tbsp mayo

cup milk

green onion
Instructions
1: Peel & cube potatoes. 2: Add to a pot, cover with water & bring to a boil. 3: Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. 4: Meanwhile add beef to a large ovenproof skillet & cook breaking up until no longer pink. 5: Add onion, garlic & spices. Cook for another 5 minutes. 6: Add frozen veggies, broth & Worcestershire. Let everything simmer for 10 minutes until some of the broth has absorbed. 7: Preheat oven to 350. 8: Once potatoes are cooked, drain water & add milk, butter & mayo, mash until smooth. 9: Cover the beef mixture with the potatoes. 10: Bake for 40 minutes, option to broil for 2 mins for a crispy top. 11: Cut into slices & serve.View original recipe
