What you need

cup parmesan cheese

cup short pasta

cup tomato sauce

pinch cayenne

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder
tbsp cornstarch

Instructions
1: Place the scallops (in the bag) into a bowl of cold water for 30 mins. 2: Drain scallops & dry using paper towel. 3: Add to a bowl and toss with flour and spices. 4: Boil your noodles Al dente. 5: Preheat oven to 350°F. 6: Add avocado oil to a large skillet & fry scallops until crispy on medium high heat (max 2 mins per side). 7: Remove using a slotted spoon and set aside. 8: Into a large casserole dish add cooked noodles, scallops, sauce & top with lots of Parmesan. 9: Bake for 15 mins & garnish with fresh herbs.View original recipe
