Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: Remove sausage from casings and cook until brown. 3: Add onion and pepper and cook until softened. 4: Whisk together eggs and almond milk, season with salt, pepper & chili flakes. 5: Mix in cooked onion, peppers, and sausage. 6: Lightly grease a muffin tin. 7: Pour the mixture into the muffin tin, filling 3/4 of the way. 8: Sprinkle with cheese (omit for Whole30). 9: Bake for 25 minutes.View original recipe
