Salmon & Rice Bowls

What you need

cup edamame

broccoli

tsp salt
cup sushi rice

tsp paprika

fl oz avocado oil

tsp pepper
salmon fillet
Instructions
1: Rinse rice and cook with water as per package instructions. 2: Pat dry salmon, remove skin, and cut into 1 inch cubes. 3: Toss salmon with spices and avocado oil. 4: Air fry at 400°F for 9 minutes or bake at 415°F for 12-15 minutes. 5: Cook edamame by boiling for a couple of minutes or microwaving with a splash of water. 6: Steam or pan fry broccoli with salt and pepper. 7: Assemble bowls. 8: Drizzle with your favorite sauce.View original recipe
