splash soy sauce

avocado

tbsp maple syrup

salmon

fl oz mayo

tbsp rice vinegar

fl oz hot sauce

fl oz olive oil

pepper

carrot

tsp sesame oil

Instructions
1: Cut salmon into 1 inch cubes, toss with salt & pepper, and olive oil. 2: Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes or if using pre-seasoned salmon, simply dice & spray with oil. 3: Thinly slice 2 baby cucumbers and 1 carrot into ribbons. 4: Add sliced vegetables to a bowl with marinade ingredients and let sit for at least 20 minutes. 5: Serve over rice with avocado, salmon, and optional spicy mayo.View original recipe
