1: Combine 2 overripe bananas, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 2 cups whole oats, 2 tbsp oil, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1/2 tsp baking soda, and 1 1/2 tsp baking powder in a blender and blend. 2: Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin (using muffin liners is recommended). 3: Top each muffin with 2-3 raspberries and press them down. 4: Bake at 400°F for 18 minutes.View original recipe
