Instructions
1: Combine spices and toss pork. 2: Hit sauté on your instant pot, add oil and sear the pork on all sides until brown and a little crispy, in batches if necessary. 3: Hit cancel and add a splash of broth, then deglaze the bottom to ensure nothing is sticking. 4: Whisk together BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and broth in a bowl. 5: Return pork to the pot, top with sauce, and pressure cook for 40 minutes; let naturally release for 10 minutes. 6: Prep slaw by slicing cabbage and tossing with dressing ingredients. 7: Remove pork and shred; return back to the pot and hit sauté so the sauce thickens a bit. 8: Add extra BBQ sauce as needed. 9: Assemble sandwiches with pulled pork, slaw, cheese, etc.View original recipe
