1: Preheat oven to 425°F.
2: Roll out your dough on a floured surface and cut into 4 pieces.
3: Roll each piece and cut into 8 slices.
4: Slice your mozzarella into cubes.
5: Lightly grease a baking dish or cookie tray.
6: Wrap each square of dough around a piece of mozzarella and place in the shape of a Christmas tree.
7: Brush with egg wash.
