What you need

egg nog

tsp vanilla

tsp cinnamon

tsp salt

tbsp brown sugar

tbsp butter
cup blueberry

cup strawberries

maple syrup
Instructions
1: Slice bread into 1 inch pieces. 2: In a large bowl whisk together eggs, Neilson’s 18g Protein Beverage, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and 1 tbsp of sugar. 3: Grease a large baking pan with butter & add cubed bread. 4: Top with egg and milk mixture and mix well. 5: Sprinkle remaining 1 tbsp of sugar on top. 6: Cover with foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight. 7: Preheat oven to 350°F. 8: Remove foil and place French toast into the oven. 9: Bake for 45-50 minutes. 10: Remove from the oven, top with berries & serve with maple syrup.View original recipe
