Instructions
1: Cut pork into cubes and trim any excess fat. 2: Season generously with salt & pepper. 3: Hit sauté and add a splash of oil. 4: In batches, sear pork on each side for 3 minutes until brown, then remove and hit cancel. 5: Add orange juice, lime juice, beer & water; scrape bottom to ensure nothing is stuck. 6: Return pork, garlic, and spices; stir. 7: Close the lid & pressure cook for 60 minutes + naturally release for 15 minutes. 8: Remove pork & shred with 2 forks; meanwhile, hit sauté and let the liquid simmer until reduced by half. 9: Return pork & toss. 10: Spread on a baking sheet & broil for 4 minutes until the top is slightly crispy.View original recipe
