tbsp maple syrup

cup white vinegar

cup water
tsp chili flakes
Instructions
1: Slice onion & place into a jar or glass container. 2: Combine water, vinegar, maple syrup, and spices in a small saucepan. 3: Bring to a boil & simmer for 2 minutes. 4: Pour hot liquid over onions, mix around to ensure they are all coated. 5: Let sit for at least 20 mins (then they are ready to go!!). 6: Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.View original recipe
