Instructions
1: Cook noodles & drain. 2: Toss with a little olive oil & let cool. 3: Rinse & drain chickpeas. 4: If you have time, remove the skin off the chickpeas for better digestion. 5: Slice cherry tomatoes & bocconcini in half. 6: In a large bowl, combine noodles, pesto, chickpeas, tomatoes & cheese. 7: Drizzle with more olive oil & season to your liking.View original recipe
