tbsp hot sauce
tbsp cornstarch

tbsp water

Instructions
1: Slice your veggies. 2: Heat a large skillet with oil and add veggies. 3: Season with salt & cook until the veggies are charred and soft. 4: While they cook, prepare your sauce by combining soy sauce, sugar, and the cornstarch/water slurry. 5: Remove the veggies from heat & add another splash of oil to the pan. 6: Season the steak strips with a little salt and lots of black pepper. 7: Add steak to the pan & cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring. 8: Return veggies to the pan & top with sauce. 9: Cook, stirring, for another 3 minutes. 10: Serve over rice or noodles.View original recipe
