What you need
cup salsa

can black beans

tbsp ground cumin

tsp garlic powder

avocado

red bell pepper

shredded cheese

green bell pepper

tsp salt

fresh cilantro

tbsp chili powder

cup water
Instructions
1: Sauté chicken or beef with onion and salt for about 7 mins until soft and cooked. 2: Add in peppers, beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Stir. 3: Add in water and mix through. Top with tomatoes and salsa, avoid stirring, and add rice on top. 4: Press the rice down into the sauce, avoiding stirring. Close lid and pressure cook for 20 mins. 5: Naturally release steam for 20 mins. Mix in cheese if using and let sit for another 5 mins with the lid on. 6: Top with avocado and jalapeño and enjoy!View original recipe
