Mango Salsa Fish Tacos

These easy fish tacos feature diced mango, avocado, and red onion for a fresh salsa and are seasoned with blackened seasoning. A fantastic meal for Taco Tuesday that's fun to make with kids!

tbsp red onion

lb cod

tortilla

fl oz mayo
Instructions
1: Dice mango, avocado, red onion & add to a bowl with lime juice & sea salt. 2: Pat fish dry with a papertowel & then generously season both sides. 3: Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil, once it’s heated up add fish. 4: Cook for 4 minutes, flip and cook another 3-4 minutes until it has a nice charred look. 5: Assemble tacos with fish, salsa & spicy mayo.View original recipe
