Loaded Wreath Salad

1: Add prosciutto to a frying pan & let cook for 3 minutes per side on medium heat. Remove & let sit for a few minutes.

2: Wash, chop and slice lettuce and veggies.

3: Option to toast almonds for a few minutes in a frying pan over medium heat.

4: Add a small bowl in the middle of your salad bowl.

5: Add ingredients around the small bowl starting with lettuce, spinach, peppers, onion, tomatoes, feta, almonds & pieces of prosciutto.

6: Whisk together dressing ingredients in the small bowl.

7: Prior to serving, drizzle with dressing & toss well.
