Instructions
1: Mash avocados in a bowl until smooth. 2: Whisk together eggs. 3: Add olive oil to a large skillet, add bread & toast for 2 minutes per side. 4: Top each slice with mashed avocado. 5: Add another splash of oil to the skillet & add eggs, cooking by pushing the eggs around and twirling the pan until they are cooked (usually ready in 60 seconds). 6: Top avocado toast with egg. 7: Top with feta & everything seasoning. 8: Take it next level by adding garlic chili oil.View original recipe
