A quick and delicious lazy ramen bowl made with chicken breast, eggs, and various vegetables, perfect for gloomy weather. It’s easy to prepare with just a handful of ingredients, including ramen noodles and broth.

What you need

tbsp hot sauce

tsp sesame oil
chicken breast

ramen noodles

tbsp rice vinegar

tsp ground ginger
Instructions
1: Bring a small pot of water to a boil, add eggs & cook for 6 mins; remove & place into an ice bath. 2: Add a splash of sesame oil & olive oil to a medium size pot. 3: Once hot, add jalapeño, garlic & ginger sautéing for 2 mins. 4: Add tamari, hot sauce, rice vinegar & cook for another 2 mins. 5: Add broth & simmer for 5 mins. 6: Add noodles & cook as per package instructions (usually 4-5 mins). 7: Add greens to the bottom of your bowl and top with noodles & broth. 8: Peel eggs, cut in half & place into bowls. 9: Add chicken + cilantro or green onions & enjoy!View original recipe
