You can store this mixture overnight. 4: Make breadcrumbs by cutting 1/2 loaf of bread into small pieces, toss in oil, and bake for 10 minutes at 400°F. 5: In the morning, assemble the mixture in a casserole dish. 6: Toss in the breadcrumbs and crumbled goat cheese. 7: Make 6 little indents in the mixture and crack 6 eggs into them. 8: Season with salt and pepper. 9: Cook for 15-20 minutes until the egg whites are set.View original recipe
