What you need

tbsp coconut sugar

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp smoked paprika

tsp cumin

tsp salt

tsp pepper
tsp chili flakes

cup bbq sauce
cup broth

cup apple cider vinegar

slaw dressing

Instructions
1: Trim pork & cut into large pieces. 2: Combine spices & rub all over pork. 3: Combine vinegar, broth & BBQ sauce in a small bowl, whisk & set aside. 4: Hit sauté on your instant pot, add avocado oil and sear the pork on all sides until brown and a little crispy (may need to do this in 2 batches). 5: Hit cancel & add splash of sauce mixture to deglaze the bottom, scraping to make sure nothing is sticking. 6: Return pork with juices, add remaining sauce & pressure cook for 55 mins, let it naturally release for 10. 7: Prep slaw by adding the bagged salad to a bowl and tossing with dressing. 8: Remove pork & shred; meanwhile hit sauté on your instant pot & let the sauce boil until it thickens/reduces. 9: Return the pork and mix well. 10: Assemble sandwiches with pork and slaw.View original recipe
