Hot Honey Salmon Bowls

What you need

cup soy sauce

tbsp hot sauce

tbsp honey
tsp chili flakes

garlic clove
broth

cup corn

vegetable
oil

salt & pepper

green onion
Instructions
1: Cook rice and add 1/2 cup of cooked corn and a drizzle of soy sauce. 2: Whisk together the sauce ingredients. 3: Pat dry the salmon and season both sides with salt and pepper. 4: Heat a large skillet with oil. 5: Once hot, add the salmon and cook for 3 to 4 minutes without disturbing until the bottom is crispy. 6: Flip the salmon and cook for another 2 minutes. 7: Add the sauce and continue to baste using a spoon. 8: Once the sauce thickens after about 4 minutes, remove from heat. 9: Serve with rice, green onions, and extra sauce from the pan.View original recipe
