Honey Dijon Chicken & Orzo

A simple one-pan dish featuring chicken thighs, dry orzo, and broccoli, all brought together with honey dijon dressing. This recipe is quick, budget-friendly, and perfect for a family meal, easily feeding 4-5 people.

What you need

lb chicken thigh
cup broth
cup orzo
fl oz honey dijon mustard
Instructions
1: Pat dry chicken & season well with salt & pepper. 2: In a large skillet, add avocado oil & cook chicken for 4 minutes per side on medium high heat until crispy. 3: While chicken cooks, wash & chop broccoli. 4: Remove chicken & add orzo, add water & scrape the bottom (deglaze pan). 5: Then add chicken, cover & cook for 5 minutes, then add broccoli & cover for another 4 minutes. 6: Add half a bottle of honey Dijon & mix well. 7: Optional: remove chicken & dice, then add back to the pan (easier to serve for kids). 8: For added spice, sprinkle with chili flakes.View original recipe
