shrimp

bunch cilantro

cup bean sprouts

tbsp peanut butter
pinch chili flakes

green onion

tbsp coconut sugar

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp hot sauce
Instructions
1: Cook the rice noodles as per instructions, drain, and rinse under cold water. 2: Whisk together the sauce ingredients and set aside. 3: Heat a pan and add oil, then add sliced chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove from heat and finely dice once cool. 4: Add another splash of oil to the pan, then add bell peppers, garlic, and uncooked shrimp. Cook for about 4 minutes. 5: Return chicken to the pan; move everything to the side and whisk together eggs, add to pan, and scramble for 2 minutes. Stir eggs into the remainder of the mixture. 6: Add the sauce and noodles, stir everything together, and let cook for another 1-2 minutes.
