Grilled Fish Tacos

1: Assemble slaw ingredients (red cabbage, jalapeño, red onion, cilantro, olive oil, Maple syrup, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper) in a large bowl; let sit in the fridge for at least an hour.

2: Prep your fish by patting it dry, then tossing it with oil and spices (paprika, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, salt, and pepper).

3: Cook the fish in a frying pan on high heat with oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.

4: Heat taco shells.

5: Assemble tacos with the cooked fish and slaw.

6: Enjoy immediately.
