tsp active yeast
cup warm water

tsp honey
Instructions
1: Combine water, honey & yeast. Let sit for 10 mins until it bubbles. 2: Add flour, oil & stir until a dough forms; knead for 10 mins. 3: Cover & let rise for 10 mins. 4: Divide into 8 (or 16 for mini bagels) and roll into balls; cover with saran wrap & place in the fridge for 12 hours. 5: Remove from the fridge & let sit for 30 mins at room temperature. 6: Preheat oven to 400°F. 7: Bring a pot of water to a boil with honey & baking soda. 8: Lower to medium heat & cook bagels for 1 min on each side. 9: Remove with a slotted spoon; dip into seasoning & place on a baking sheet. 10: Bake for 15-18 mins until golden brown. 11: Serve with cream cheese & tomatoes.View original recipe
