Instructions
1: Wash & cut potatoes in half (or in 4 if they are big). 2: Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add potatoes & boil for 10 minutes. 3: Preheat oven to 425°F. 4: Drain potatoes & let cool for a few minutes. 5: Spread on a large baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil & generously season with salt & pepper. 6: Bake for 25 minutes. 7: Remove from the oven and toss with minced garlic. 8: Broil for 5 minutes until crispy. 9: Remove and top with fresh lemon juice.View original recipe
