What you need

olive oil

tbsp mayo
lemon zest

salt
lemon

tbsp red onion

cup almond flour

tbsp dijon mustard

tsp garlic powder
egg

tsp hot sauce
Instructions
1: Combine 2 cans of drained tuna in a bowl. 2: Add 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp mayo, 1 egg, 1/4 cup almond flour, 1 tbsp dried spices, 3 tbsp finely diced red onion, juice of 1/2 lemon, lemon zest, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp hot sauce, salt, and pepper to the bowl. 3: Mix well and form into patties. 4: Place the patties in the freezer for 20-30 minutes to help them hold together while frying. 5: Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. 6: Add the patties and cook for 4-5 minutes. 7: Gently flip the patties and continue cooking for another 4 minutes. 8: Optionally serve with massaged kale, tomato, cucumber, lemon, and oil dressing topped with feta.View original recipe
