cup olive oil

tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions
1: Slice onions in half. 2: Add butter & oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add onions, lower heat to low, and cook, stirring every few minutes for 20 minutes until caramelized. 3: Add gnocchi and vinegar, cook for another 2 minutes. 4: Add broth, stir and cover for 5 minutes. 5: Remove the lid, if most liquid has been absorbed top with mozzarella & broil for 2 minutes. 6: Top with chives & enjoy immediately.View original recipe
