Feta Chicken Meatballs

These grain-free and veggie-packed feta chicken meatballs turned out delicious! Made for meal prep, they're great served with a Greek-ish salad, over rice, or with pita and tzatziki. Easy to prepare and full of flavor!

Instructions
1: Sauté 1/2 medium finely diced onion and 3 oz fresh chopped spinach in olive oil for 5 minutes. 2: Add 2 minced garlic cloves, salt, and pepper, and sauté for 1 more minute. 3: Combine the spinach mixture in a bowl with ground chicken, 1/3 cup crumbled feta, 1 egg, 1 tsp garlic powder, and chili flakes. 4: Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes at 400°F. 5: Broil for an additional 2 minutes.View original recipe
