oz bacon

tbsp cottage cheese

tortilla

oz cheese
fresh tomatoes

Instructions
1: Whisk together 2 eggs with a heaping tablespoon of cottage cheese and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. 2: Add oil to a hot skillet, then add the eggs. 3: Cook while spinning the pan until the eggs are set. 4: Add a bit of cheese and a tortilla shell on top. 5: Using a spatula, carefully flip the wrap. 6: Add toppings, fold and press down. 7: Remove from heat, cut in half, and enjoy.View original recipe
