Instructions
1: Add almonds and sunflower seeds to a frying pan and toast for 5 minutes, watching to prevent burning. 2: Remove from heat, add a splash of oil; pat dry shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika; fry shrimp for 3 minutes per side. 3: Whisk together dressing ingredients (avocado oil, rice vinegar, coconut aminos, sesame oil, coconut sugar, garlic powder, ginger, cayenne, salt, and pepper). 4: Combine coleslaw mix, diced green onions, and toasted almonds/sunflower seeds in a large bowl and toss with dressing. 5: Divide salad into bowls and top with diced avocado, cooked shrimp, and sesame seeds.View original recipe
