bell pepper

garlic clove

tbsp taco seasoning

can diced tomatoes with green chilies

cup chicken broth

cup frozen corn

cup cream cheese

shredded cheddar

green onion
Instructions
1: Add oil to a large pot on medium heat. 2: Once hot, add onion & a sprinkle of salt. 3: Cook for 4 minutes until onions are soft. 4: Add garlic & taco seasoning, stir for 1 minute. 5: Add canned tomato and broth, stir & add in 2 raw chicken breasts. 6: Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. 7: Remove chicken & shred, meanwhile add peppers & corn. 8: Add shredded chicken back in & stir in cream cheese. 9: Cook for another 5 minutes. 10: Serve with shredded cheddar & diced green onion.View original recipe
