Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Cut butternut squash in half and scoop out seeds. 3: Place squash halves in a large baking dish with feta and garlic (cut top off, leave peel on!). 4: Drizzle with olive oil and spices. 5: Bake for 50 minutes. 6: Cook noodles and reserve pasta water. 7: Cook sausage and crumble. 8: Remove squash from peel and add to blender, squeeze garlic out, and add feta, pasta water, and cream. 9: Blend until smooth. 10: In a large serving dish, combine noodles, sausage, and top with sauce.View original recipe
