What you need

onion

tbsp cumin

tsp chili powder

tsp cayenne

tsp salt

oz tomato

in ginger

tbsp coriander

oz water

pepper

clove garlic clove

can chickpea

jalapeno
Instructions
1: Dice onion, garlic, ginger & jalapeño. 2: Add a splash of oil to a large pot or Dutch oven. 3: Once hot, add onion with a sprinkle of salt, and cook stirring for 4 minutes. 4: Add garlic, ginger, jalapeño & spices, and cook another 2 minutes stirring. 5: Add chickpeas, crushed tomato & water, and let simmer for 25-30 minutes. 6: Serve with parsley and/or green onion. 7: Option to serve over rice or with naan.View original recipe
