tbsp red wine vinegar

red bell pepper

tsp salt & pepper

cup cucumber

cup olive oil

tbsp honey
cup mozzarella

cup cherry tomato

cup olive

tbsp dijon mustard

1: Rinse & drain chickpeas. Let sit drying in strainer while you chop. 2: Chop all ingredients finely. 3: Whisk together dressing ingredients (taste and adjust as needed). 4: Assemble all ingredients in a large bowl. 5: Serve or distribute into Tupperware and place in the fridge for up to 4 days.View original recipe
