Instructions
1: Cook rice. 2: Add chicken crumbles to a large skillet with a splash of olive oil. 3: Cook for 5 minutes breaking it apart. 4: Add sauce & stir well. Let simmer for 5 mins. 5: Chop broccoli into florets & add to a skillet with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Add a splash of water & cover with a lid. Let cook for 4 mins. 6: Assemble bowls with rice, chicken crumbles and broccoli. 7: Store in the fridge for up to 4 days. 8: They are even delicious cold.View original recipe
