What you need
tsp chili flakes

tsp garlic powder

tbsp italian seasoning

greens

olive oil

tsp black pepper

buffalo mozzarella

balsamic vinegar

tsp salt

cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
1: Pat dry chicken, slice in half lengthwise (butterfly it) & pound until evenly thin. 2: Sprinkle both sides with salt & pepper. 3: Whisk together eggs & add 1/4 cup parmesan + salt & pepper. 4: Whisk together panko, parmesan & spices. 5: Dip chicken into egg wash & then into panko mixture, pressing it into the chicken. 6: Heat a large skillet with avocado oil & once HOT add chicken & cook about 4-5 minutes per side until crispy. 7: Chop greens, tomatoes & cheese; toss with a drizzle of olive oil & balsamic vinegar.View original recipe
