cup tamari

tbsp hot sauce

cup pineapple chunks

cup red onion

cup broccoli

cup pineapple juice

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp ketchup

pepper

Instructions
1: Pat dry chicken and cut into small cubes. 2: Place in a bowl and toss with flour, salt, and pepper. 3: Heat a large skillet on medium/high heat and add avocado oil. 4: Once hot, add chicken and cook for 3 minutes per side (do this in batches so your chicken isn’t touching). 5: Remove from heat and set aside. 6: Add onions and peppers to the skillet and cook for 4 minutes. 7: Whisk together sauce ingredients and set aside. 8: Add pineapple and broccoli to the skillet, cooking for another 3 minutes. 9: Add cashews, sauce, and return chicken. 10: Stir and let everything simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes. 11: Serve over rice or cauliflower rice.View original recipe
