Caramelized Onion & Sausage Sliders

1: Slice sausage & onions.

2: Add butter and oil to a large skillet; once butter melts, add onions and cook on low heat, stirring often for about 45 mins.

3: Add sausage and cook for another 5 mins.

4: Preheat oven to 350°F.

5: Place a pack of rolls on lined baking sheet.

6: Slice in half carefully keeping the top and bottom together.

7: Rub with mayo and add a layer of cheese.

8: Add sausage mixture and more cheese.

9: Place the top part of the buns back on and rub with mayo.

10: Option to season with everything but the bagel seasoning or sesame seeds.

11: Bake for 25 mins, slice and enjoy!
