tbsp apple cider vinegar

cup olive oil

Instructions
1: Cut onions in half & slice lengthwise into half moons. 2: Sauté onions on med-low heat in 1/4 cup olive oil for 20-25 mins stirring often. 3: Remove onions & let cool on a cutting board. 4: Dice onion finely. 5: Combine onion with the remainder of ingredients, stir well and add salt as needed. 6: Serve with ruffle chips, baguette, crackers or veggies.View original recipe
