Instructions
1: Thinly slice sirloin beef and mix in a bowl with cornstarch, salt, and pepper. 2: Heat olive oil and a splash of sesame oil in a skillet over high heat. 3: Once simmering, add beef and cook undisturbed for 2 minutes on each side. 4: Remove beef from skillet and set aside. 5: Chop carrots, yellow pepper, red pepper, onion, and broccoli. 6: Add chopped vegetables to the hot skillet and cook for 5 minutes until tender. 7: If needed, add a splash more oil. 8: Mix together Tamari, rice vinegar, fish sauce, coconut sugar, chili flakes, and ginger in a bowl. 9: Pour the sauce over vegetables and simmer for 2 minutes. 10: Return beef (with juices) to skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes. 11: Serve as is or over rice or cauliflower rice.View original recipe
