A hearty and cozy beef stew made in the instant pot, perfect for a Sunday dinner. This recipe features tender stewing beef, potatoes, carrots, and a variety of seasonings for a delicious meal.

What you need
potato

onion
celery rib

cup carrot

garlic clove

tbsp tomato paste

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tsp thyme

tsp salt

tsp pepper
tsp chili flakes

cup beef broth

tbsp arrowroot flour

tbsp water

cup fresh peas
Instructions
1: Cut beef into small pieces and generously season with sea salt and pepper. 2: Dice all your veggies. 3: Hit sauté on your instant pot and add a splash of oil. 4: Add beef and let sear for 3 minutes per side. 5: Remove beef and set aside. 6: Add onions and sauté until soft (about 5 minutes). 7: Add garlic, tomato paste, thyme, salt, pepper and chili flakes. 8: After a minute, hit cancel and add broth. 9: Scrape the bottom to ensure nothing is sticking to it. 10: Add potatoes, carrots, celery, return beef and splash of Worcestershire. 11: Pressure cook for 25 minutes. 12: Naturally release for 10 minutes. 13: Stir in flour and water slurry and peas. 14: Let simmer until it reduces (about 5 minutes). 15: Serve with parsley and crusty bread.View original recipe
