Baked Falafels

A meatless Monday delight made with chickpeas, herbs, and spices, pulsed together for a quick roll and bake. This gluten-free version can also be adapted with regular or almond flour. These baked falafels can be served as an appetizer or with a salad.

tbsp flour

pepper

tsp salt

onion

tsp coriander

tsp cumin
tsp chili flakes

tbsp olive oil

tsp baking soda

tbsp lemon juice

clove garlic clove

can chickpea
Instructions
1: Combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, coriander, cumin, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a food processor and pulse. 2: Add flour of choice and baking soda, then pulse for a few more seconds. 3: Roll the mixture into balls. 4: Bake the balls at 375°F for 24 minutes, flipping halfway through. 5: Optionally broil for a little crispiness.View original recipe
