1: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. 2: Add chopped asparagus & peas. 3: Boil for 2 minutes. 4: Remove using a slotted spoon & place into ice water. 5: After 10 minutes, drain and let veggies dry. 6: Finely chop herbs. 7: Assemble salad with greens, asparagus, peas, herbs, almonds, cheese & pickled onions. 8: Toss with dressing & enjoy!
