1: Marinate chicken for at least an hour. 2: Cook quinoa. 3: Chop veggies. 4: Grill chicken until cooked through & dice. 5: In a large bowl, add Greek vinaigrette, quinoa, diced veggies, feta & toss well. 6: Divide into 4 storage containers. 7: Add chicken to each container & top with more feta (about 1/2 cup per container). 8: Store in fridge for up to 4 days.
