This homemade naan bread is a perfect side dish to pair with curry, and can also be used as a pizza dough or in wraps. With only 5 ingredients, it's incredibly simple to make and perfect for any meal.

1: Whisk together flour, baking powder & salt. 2: Add Greek yogurt & mix with a silicon spatula until a dough starts to form. 3: Generously flour a surface & knead dough for a few minutes until a ball forms. 4: Divide dough into 4. 5: Roll out each piece, adding more flour as needed. 6: Sprinkle with garlic & parsley, roll again. 7: Heat a large skillet & wipe with oil; add naan & cook until it starts to bubble, about 3 minutes per side. 8: Repeat until each naan is done. 9: Optionally top with ghee or butter & sprinkle with sea salt.
