1: Cook pasta according to directions and reserve 1 cup of pasta water. 2: Cook bacon pieces until crispy, then remove from the pan. 3: Add garlic to the pan and cook for 1 minute, then remove. 4: Add diced chili pepper and sliced Swiss chard to the pan. 5: Add pasta to the frying pan with some of the reserved pasta water and mix quickly. 6: Serve with fresh lemon juice, black pepper, and pecorino.
